Job Title: Sales Trainer Job Summary: ScriptPro is looking for an experienced sales trainer to join our team As Sales Trainer your top priority will be to ensure ScriptPro's sales team members have the necessary tools, skills and knowledge needed to be effective in the very dynamic and ever-evolving pharmacy automation market. The main goal of the Sales Trainer is to improve the readiness of ScriptPro's sales team to improve sales processes and productivity. Reporting Relationship: Director, Technology Program Management Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro. Scope of Role: Administer training programs for new and existing sales team members Develop individual training programs for existing sales team members Design training programs for company products, services, and other topics Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs Identify ongoing training needs for sales representatives Assist in developing and monitoring sales performance policies and methodologies Ensure training programs support marketing and customer service strategies Perform additional assigned responsibilities Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years' sales training experience with proven record of training development and delivery Salesforce experience, preferred Skills and Attributes Desired: Results oriented with strong business and sales training acumen Professional and articulate communication skills Self-motivated/directed Thrives in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills Ability to build effective cross departmental working relationships Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Working Conditions: This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend and reach.
